- Have 5 friends Up for Dinner on Gonner Pass

Reward: 220 Trail Points, 100 XP and 40 Prize Tickets

Apple Squeezins

- Use your Doctor to Harvest 50 Scrabapple trees
- Collect 30 Spruce Logs
- Ask for 15 Cinnamon Sticks

Reward: 1,000 Trail Points, 100 XP and 40 Prize Tickets

Missin’ Home

- Use Your Hunter to Clear 50 Red Trillium
- Use your Doctor to Chop Spruce Trees 50 Times
- Use Your Hunter to Harvest 50 Blueberry Bushes

The Missing Lynx

- Ask for 15 Yarn Balls

The next building that will be officially released by Zynga in FrontierVille will be the Bank!

Apparently, Zynga did a survey while I was really busy with the Pioneer Trail in which they asked gamers about the features they’d like to see for the bank. Here were the options and we can only hope that the most fun were chosen:

- Should the bank allow you to earn interest?
- Would the bank be a place to play the stock market?
- Would you want to rob it?
- Would you have it get robbed?
- Should the bank include the ability to crack open safes?

So this was just a teaser to let you know that the Bank is coming and Zynga haven’t forgotten about out homesteads in old FrontierVille. As soon as the feature goes live (or maybe sooner!) I will give you all the details!

barts in trouble...

Oh,my! Bart’s in trouble with some beavers on the FrontierVille Pioneer Trail and needs your help! Zynga decided to make this a mission and its name is Travails of a Travelin’ Trader (yes, all these new missions have cool new names like that). You’ll have to complete this mission before having access to Bart’s Bargains market, so I’m sure you’re really curious to know what it’s all about!

Here are the requirements for completing the Travails of a Travelin’ Trader mission in FrontierVille (or is it Pioneer Trail now?):

- Shoot one Turkey with your Hunter
- Gather One Medicine bag with your Doctor
- Using your own character, clear five cattaifas

You should be really careful when it comes to character selection here: Turkeys are found and hunted down by The Hunter, Medicine is found by the Doctor and your character… well… you should know how it looks like!

After completing the Travails of a Travelin’ Trader, you will receive 135 Trail Points, Ration Refill and 25 Prize tickets. And, very important, you’ll be allowed to start accessing and using Bart’s Bargains market.

Pioneer trail missions

As most of these missions are easy i will post them all in one blog post.

We’ll start with the only one mission that will be available ON YOUR ORIGINAL HOMESTEAD, so not on the trail. Don’t forget about the regular homestead, there’s still much to do there too!

This first mission is titled Bring Back Some Souvenirs! and it has the following requirements:

- Place one Purple Beaver from Beaver Valley on your Homestead
- Place one Skunkadillo from High Plains on your Homestead
- Place one Snow Chipmunk from Avalanche Pass on your Homestead

Please note that in order to purchase these animals you will need prize tickets to purchase them from Bart’s Bargains (I already posted a few articles about all the items Bart has to sell). You don’t actually have to travel to all these regions in order to purchase the items, so this should not be impossible to achieve, but it will take a while until you get the Prize Tickets!

The reward for completing the Bring Back Some Souvenirs! mission in FrontierVille is 5000 Coins, 500 CP and 1 Dying Tree.

The first mission that you will have to complete once on the Pioneer Trailis titled Shovel Trouble Hurts Yer Travel. This is one of the three missions that will actually be a tutorial that will get you used with the different crew members you have. In this case, we’ll learn more about the Carpenter and it’s role in the crew.

Here are the requirements for completing the Shovel Trouble Hurts Yer Travel mission on the Pioneer Trail in FrontierVille:

- Scavenge one Toolbox with your Carpenter
- With your Carpenter, clear three Plain Grass

Don’t forget to actually click your Carpenter (should be Hank if you haven’t hired somebody yet) and perform these tasks the Toolbox drops when performing tasks with the Carpenter, so you will most likely get it while clearing the grass.

After completing the Shovel Trouble Hurts Yer Travel mission, you will receive 30 Trail Points, Ration Refill (energy refill) and 5 Prize Tickets.

Make Sure Yer First Ain’t the Worst Aid is the second mission you’ll get while on the Pioneer Trail and this one will get you used to activating the Doctor from your crew and taking advantage of his or her skills.

So let’s see what requirements you should meet to complete the Make Sure Yer First Ain’t the Worst Aid mission in FrontierVille’s Pioneer Trail:

- Gather One Medicine bag with Your Doctor
- With your doctor, Harvest 4 Pecan Trees

Don’t forget to actually select your Doctor before performing these tasks – start gathering from Pecan Trees first, you will most likely find the Medicine Bag while doing so.

After completing the Make Sure Yer First Ain’t the Worst Aid mission, you will receive a reward consisting of 30 Trail Points, One Ration refill and 5 Prize Tickets.

the third tutorial mission that gets you used with the crew jobs on the Pioneer Trail in FrontierVille is Get a Turkey in Yer Tummy(and after completing it, you’ll be getting to business, with REAL missions!).

Let’s see the requirements for completing the Pioneer Trail Get a Turkey in Yer Tummy mission:

- Shoot One Turkey with Yer Hunter
- With Your Hunter, Chop 5 Trees

Make sure you select Bess (or your hunter if you hired one) and start performing the task. Hunters should pop up every now and then while you are performing tasks with the hunter.

After completing the Get a Turkey in Yer Tummy mission in FrontierVille, you will receive a reward of 30 Trail Points, Ration Refill and 5 Prize tickets.

Mission changes

you know that I have already posted all the details about the Dogless shepherd mission in FrontierVille (as well as all the other upcoming missions). However, since I posted the requirements for the mission before it was released, they were not completely accurate.

Yes, Zynga has decided to make things a bit more difficult for us, so here are the new Dogless Shepherd mission requirements:

- Clean 50 grass on neighbor homesteads (instead of 30)
- Collect 15 Doggie Toys (instead of 10)
- Collect 15 Doggie Treats (instead of 10)
